A pleasant surprise! I can only praise Hotel Altair, starting with Mrs Deborah at the welcome desk and the reception girl, who was always kind and helpful. The rooms are simple but equipped with all comforts, and the cleanliness is excellent. The dining room is air-conditioned, the waitresses are kind and helpful, and finally the cuisine deserves special recognition, in my opinion: simple yet excellent and well-prepared dishes, starting from breakfast with homemade cakes every day. There is a guarded car park 100 metres from the hotel included, as well as an affiliated beach service. So, to conclude, if you are looking for a hotel in Misano with excellent value for money, Hotel Altair is the right choice!

What can I say about this wonderful hotel? Exceptional owners, excellent cuisine, outstanding table service, friendly staff always ready to help with everything, comfortable rooms that are always clean. I can only thank everyone for the time spent with you. A big hug, see you next year.

I had the chance to enjoy brunch at this hotel on the Misano seafront, and it was excellent in every way. The view, the location, and the warm welcome from the friendly and hospitable owners all made the experience special, together with a breakfast buffet full of sweet and savoury flavours. The dining room was clean and tidy, with several white tables and a dedicated buffet area at the back. The buffet included sweet options such as plain and filled pastries, homemade desserts, cakes and jams to spread on bread, as well as savoury options including focaccia, savoury pies, ham and cheese, eggs and, finally, a basket of fruit. Everything was accompanied by a label explaining what you were tasting. There is little else to say: the photos speak for themselves. I would go back immediately! More than recommended!

I tried the breakfast-brunch service during the Easter and Easter Monday holiday, and I have to say it was truly excellent. There is plenty of variety, both for sweet and savoury options, and everything is very good. You can really tell that the savoury pies and desserts are homemade and made with very fresh products. Absolutely worth coming back and trying again! Very kind owners.

We decided to stop at this welcoming and warm family-run hotel at breakfast time. In particular, the breakfast service — and brunch, with a food refill available mid-morning — is served as a buffet, offering a wide selection of excellent homemade desserts, including typical Romagna specialities and more. The buffet also includes savoury options such as focaccia, savoury pies and cold cut platters, all absolutely outstanding. Of course, there is also a great selection of drinks, jams and various spreads. As I mentioned before, the staff are attentive to guests’ needs and always ready to accommodate every request. In short, you feel at home. Highly recommended!
